4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are determined by individual properties. Review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. General guidelines:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: No refund
• No-shows: Non-refundable

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full to confirm your reservation. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Mobile payment options
• UPI payments

All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property and all furnishings
• Follow house rules established by the property owner
• Maintain reasonable noise levels
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Checkout by the specified time
• Report any damages to the host immediately

7. Liability Limitations

Garhwal Eye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Property conditions or amenities not matching descriptions
• Incidents or accidents occurring during your stay
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party actions or services
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

Any disputes arising from your use of Garhwal Eye services will be resolved through:

• Mediation or arbitration
• Legal proceedings in accordance with Indian law
